In a major reshuffle in state’s administration after IPS, Yogi 2.0 government has also been transferred and posted 14 IAS officers. The DMs of six districts have been changed, while the DMs of Meerut, Deoria and Rae Bareli have been removed and made waiting. On the other hand, new District Magistrates have been sent in Kanpur Dehat, Meerut, Sambhal, Siddharthnagar, Deoria and Rae Bareli.
The Yogi government has waited for Rae Bareli DM Vaibhav Srivastava (IAS 2009). In his place, Mala Srivastava (IAS 2009) has become the new DM of Rae Bareli. Apart from this, Deepak Meena (IAS 2011) has been made the new DM of Meerut. Neha Jain (IAS 2014) will now be the new DM of Kanpur Dehat. Jitendra Pratap Singh (IAS 2013) has been made the new DM of Deoria. Sanjeev Ranjan (IAS 2013) has been posted as DM Siddharthnagar. Manish Bansal (IAS 2014), who was the Municipal Commissioner of Meerut, has been sent to the post of DM Sambhal. Deoria DM Ashutosh Niranjan has been removed and made waiting. Sameer Verma Secretary Public Works has been replaced as Secretary Social Welfare. Meerut DM K Balaji (IAS 2010) has been put on the waiting list. Balkar Singh (IAS 2004) has been made MD Jal Nigam. Anurag Yadav (IAS 2000) has been made Secretary Agriculture.
