The Home Department transferred 11 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers and 39 State Police Service officers late on Wednesday evening. In the latest change, the face of Raipur Police has completely changed. Officers posted in ASP City, ASP Crime to Traffic have been changed. IPS Mayank Gurjar has been made CSP Azad Chowk Raipur.
Ratna Singh has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Bhanupratappur, Gaurav Rampravesh Rai as ASP Operation Bijapur, Nikhil Ashok Rakhecha as Municipal Superintendent of Police (CSP) Bhilai, Pooja Kumar as CSP Kotwali Bilaspur, Prabhat Kumar as CSP Cantonment Durg, Vankar Vaibhav Ramanlal as CSP Durg, Rajnala Smrutik as CSP Ambikapur, Robinson Guria as CSP Darri, Sandeep Patel as CSP Civil Line Bilaspur and Vikas Kumar have been posted as CSP Bastar.
In the subsequent change, Abhishek Maheshwari of the State Police Service has been given the responsibility of crime along with ASP Raipur. Sukhnandan Rathore, who was ASP Raipur, has once again been posted as ASP ATS Police Headquarters with AIG Secretariat.
DSP Traffic, Satish Thakur has been posted in Durg in Raipur. In his place, Gurjit Singh has been given the responsibility of DSP Traffic. Along with this, Dinesh Sinha as DSP Crime, Kalpana Verma as CSP, Jyotsna Chaudhary as DSP Ajak, Chitra Verma as DSP SP Office, Rajiv Sharma as CSP Urla, Lalit Meher as DSP IUCAW, Pitambar Patel as ASP Protocol Raipur and Kaushalendra Patel. The control cell of DSP chit fund and financial companies has been posted in Raipur range.
