According to the transfer order, two senior IPS officers have been inducted as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
This includes, 2007 batch IPS officer Sudhir Kallaya Hiremath and 208 batch IPS officer Satya Veer Singh.
Apart from this, two other IPS officers were inducted as Superintendent of Police (SP) in the CBI. This includes, 2011 batch IPS officer from Maharashtra, Manjunath Singe and 2012 batch IPS officer Divya Sara Thomas.
The competent authority on Tuesday (31.01.2023) approved the posting of these IPS officers in the CBI for the period of five years from the date of assumption of the charge or until further order on deputation basis.
