The state government of Jharkhand on Friday transferred eight senior IPS officers. A notification in this regard has been issued by the Home Prison and Disaster Management Department.
As per the notification, Anil DG Rail has been transferred and posted as DG Home Guards and Fire Services while DG Training Anurag Gupta has been transferred as DG CID.
ADG JAP Prashant Singh has been transferred and posted as CMD Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation.
IG Manoj Kaushik who was waiting posting has been posted as IG Headquarters while Ranchi Zonal IG Pankaj Kamboj has been transferred and posted as IG Anti Corruption Bureau and has been also given additional charge of IG Ranchi Zone.
DIG STF Anup Birthare has been transferred and posted as DIG Ranchi Zone while ASP Headquarters Giridih Haarish Bin Zama has been made SP Traffic Ranchi and ASP Town Jamshedpur has been transferred and posted as new Ranchi City SP.
