Maharashtra : 12 IAS reshuffled in the state

Valsa R Nair Singh, a 1991 batch officer has been posted as the Principal Secretary (Tourism), Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department.

The state government transferred 12 IAS officers. The orders for these were issued on Tuesday. It also included Principal Secretary and Special Enquiry Officer (1), General Administration Department, Valsa R Nair Singh. Mr. Singh, a 1991 batch officer has been posted as the Principal Secretary (Tourism), Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department. He played key roles in introducing Caravan Policy . 

Another senior who was posted is VP Phad. He will now serve as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanaba. Previously, he was the Additional Divisional Commissioner (Entertainment) Aurangabad Division. 

 KH Bagate has been posted as the Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Maharashtra, Mumbai. While,  SL Patil will now be the Managing Director, MAHANAND. DV Swami has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur. Similary,  SR Chavan has been posted as Project Director, Jalswaraj Project, Navi Mmbai.  KS Tawade has been posted as Managing Director, Shivsahi Punarvasan Projec while KV Dwivedi as an Additional Commissioner (SG), PMRDA. 

The government appointed SB Telang on the post of  Managing Director, Maharashtra State Co-op Marketing Federation, Mumbai. In addition, ST Taksale will be take up the in-charge as the new Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development, Nagpur. PK Puri  who is Deputy Commissioner (Supply) Nashik Division, Nashik has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Mumbai. CD Joshi President, District Caste Scrutiny Committee, Mumbai City, has been posted as Commissioner, Maharashtra State Common Entrance Exam Cell, Mumbai. All the above mentioned officers has been promoted to IAS.
