Three IPS officers of Uttar Pradesh are set to go on Central Deputation. The Union Home Ministry has sent a letter regarding the appointment of the officers to the chief secretary of UP.
According to the communication, IPS officer of the 2012 batch, Ms. Sujata Singh, has been appointed as Superintendent of Police (SP) in National Investigation Agency (NIA). Her tenure will be for a period of five years.
A 2010 batch IPS officer, Mr. Satyendra Singh, has been appointed as SP, BPR&D. Previously, he was serving as Commandant 35th PAC Battalion.
A 2014 batch IPS, Ms. Meenakshi Katyan, has also been posted in BPR&D. She was serving as DCP in Noida Commissionerate.
