In a minor reshuffle, the state government of UP has transferred six IAS officers with immediate affect. District Collector of various districts have been shifted.
DM of Gonda, Mr. Ujjwal Kumar, became the new DM of Firozabad. He is an IAS officer 2012 batch. While IAS officer of 2010 batch, Ms. Neha Sharma, who was Director Municipal Corporation, has been appointed as DM Gonda.
Mr. Girijesh Tyagihas been made DM Amroha. He is an IAS of 2014 batch currently serving as Special Secretary Higher Education. DM of Kanpur, Ms. Visakha, has been given additional charge of Kanpur Development Authority. Whereas, Kanpur Development Authority VC, Mr Arvind Kumar Singh (IAS 2015) has been made DM Balrampur.
