The Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab Government has ordered the immediate transfer and posting of 2 IPS officers and 14 PPS officers in a recent reshuffle.
As part of the changes:
- Dayama Harish Kumar Omprakash, a 2020-batch IPS officer, who was serving as the AIG, Intelligence, Punjab, SAS Nagar, has now been placed at the disposal of the Vigilance Bureau, Punjab.
- Arvind Meena, another 2020-batch IPS officer, previously serving as SP, SD North, Amritsar, will now take over the position of SP Headquarters, Ropar, succeeding Mr. Rajpal Singh (PPS).
