ACC Approves the Appointment of IAS Prem Kumar VR & 2 IFS Officers As Dy Directors Of LBSNAA

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has recently given the nod for the appointment of three officers as Deputy Directors at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie. The three gazetted officers include two from the Indian Forest Service (IFS) and one from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). They will serve this new designation for a period of four years or until further orders under the central staffing scheme.

They are:

• Mr. Deep Jagdip Contractor (2011-batch Karnataka cadre IFS officer);

• Mr. Prem Kumar VR (2014-batch Kerala cadre IAS officer);

• Mr. D Mahesh Kumar (2011-batch Karnataka cadre IFS officer).

The said bureaucrats will assume their roles at the Deputy Secretary level.
