The results were approved by the company’s Board of Directors at a meeting held in Kolkata on February 6, 2026, and disclosed in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹69.20 crore, up 5.65%
  • Net Profit (PAT): ₹50.74 crore, up 4.66%
