Bank of Baroda Appoints Ritesh Kumar as New Group Chief Compliance Officer Effective August 1

Mumbai: Bank of Baroda has appointed Ritesh Kumar as its new Group Chief Compliance Officer (GCCO), effective August 1, 2026. The appointment was disclosed by the public sector bank in a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges.

The appointment has been made as part of a change in the bank’s Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the applicable SEBI Listing Regulations.

The regulation requires listed companies to inform stock exchanges about certain key developments, including changes involving Key Managerial Personnel.

The bank stated that:

  • Ritesh Kumar’s appointment became effective on August 1, 2026.
  • The appointment order was issued on the same date.
  • The disclosure relates to a fresh appointment.
  • Details regarding resignation were marked as not applicable.

The regulatory filing was signed by S. Balakumar, Company Secretary, who requested the stock exchanges to take the information on record.
