New Delhi: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to jointly pursue business opportunities across a range of technology and digital solutions.
The partnership will focus on areas including IT infrastructure, data centres, cybersecurity, enterprise resource planning (ERP), healthcare IT solutions, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) applications, software development and analytics platforms.
The MoU is aimed at combining the capabilities of BEL and NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions to identify and pursue opportunities in the rapidly evolving technology and digital solutions landscape.
BEL and NIRNAYA to Collaborate Across Multiple Technology Domains
Under the MoU, the two organisations will explore business opportunities in several technology-focused areas, including:
- IT infrastructure
- Data centres
- Cybersecurity
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

The participation of senior officials from both organisations marked the formal beginning of the collaboration between the two companies.

NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions specialises in transforming complex technologies into streamlined solutions. Its capabilities are expected to complement BEL’s existing strengths as the two organisations explore opportunities across digital infrastructure and emerging technology areas. The collaboration covers both established technology segments, such as IT infrastructure, data centres and ERP, as well as emerging areas including AI/ML-based applications and analytics platforms.
The healthcare IT segment is also part of the proposed areas of cooperation, broadening the scope of the partnership beyond conventional defence and electronics-related technology solutions.
