Key Focus Areas of Preventive Vigilance Campaign

BEL’s three-month campaign will focus on several key areas aimed at improving organisational systems and employee awareness.

The major focus areas include:

  • Systemic improvements and preventive vigilance
  • Capacity building and employee awareness
  • Digital initiatives
  • Streamlined process management
  • Operational transparency and good governance

Campaign to Strengthen Institutional Integrity

The Preventive Vigilance Awareness Campaign serves as a precursor to Vigilance Awareness Week and reflects BEL’s continued focus on strengthening ethical practices and good governance.

By emphasising preventive vigilance rather than only corrective measures, the campaign seeks to improve systems, enhance awareness among employees and reduce the scope for irregularities through better processes.

Digital Initiatives and Process Improvements in Focus
