Bengaluru: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RADIX CIPL to strengthen collaboration in the field of Tactical Cellular Solutions.
