The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) organised a stakeholder workshop on 26 December, 2022 where 16 speakers spread across 4 decades of seniority/experience shared their perspectives on promoting good governance with 400 IAS Officers/Trainees.
The contribution & role of the service was deliberated over four sub-themes:
- How do we serve? – the spectrum of service;
- Are we serving? – Insider Out perspective;
- What purpose do we serve?
- What do we stand for?
The overarching ideation of the workshop was role of the IAS in achieving the vision of Vikasit Bharat at 2047.
