New Delhi: Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) has been awarded the Greentech CSR India Platinum Award 2026 at the 12th CSR India Awards in New Delhi. This recognition celebrates CCL’s Integrated Community Development Project in Hazaribag, which has positively impacted over 5,000 households across nine neighboring villages.

Comprehensive Community Development Initiative

By combining environmental, social, and economic interventions, the program is creating long-lasting benefits for local communities.

Key activities of the project include:

  • Pond rejuvenation and watershed development for sustainable water management
  • Promotion of organic farming and cattle development to increase rural income
