  • Reduce human errors
  • Minimise land disputes and litigation
  • Speed up resolution of boundary conflicts
  • Modernise revenue records

The RoVer system is expected to replace traditional surveying methods with faster and more precise digital measurements.

He highlighted key government initiatives including:

  • Free ration distribution
  • LPG connections
  • Health insurance cover of up to ₹5 lakh
  • Pension schemes
  • Housing assistance

According to the Chief Minister, these programmes are contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat and Viksit Uttar Pradesh.

The ₹12,000 crore Greenfield corridor has significantly improved connectivity, reducing travel time between Saharanpur and Delhi to approximately 90 minutes.

He said the corridor would strengthen regional infrastructure while boosting trade, industry, and employment opportunities.

Focus on Heritage, Tourism and Religious Infrastructure

The Chief Minister highlighted ongoing work on the Maa Shakumbhari Corridor, including the construction of an elevated corridor and a facilitation centre to improve year-round access for devotees.

He said these projects reflect the government’s commitment to balancing heritage conservation with modern infrastructure development.

Reacting to the Cabinet approval, the Chief Minister thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that the project would strengthen the vision of Viksit Uttar Pradesh by improving connectivity, attracting investment and accelerating industrial growth under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.

The twin announcements of ₹613 crore development projects in Saharanpur and the approval of the ₹7,145 crore Kanpur–Kabarai Greenfield Highway underline the Uttar Pradesh government’s continued focus on infrastructure, connectivity, welfare, and economic development.
