CM Yogi Adityanath Holds Janata Darshan in Lucknow, Orders Time-Bound Resolution of Public Grievances

Chief Minister listens to issues of over 100 citizens, directs strict action on delays in police and revenue matters and assures quick disposal of public complaints.

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a Janata Darshan programme at his official residence in Lucknow on Monday and listened to the concerns of citizens from different districts of the state.

During the interaction, people including youth, elderly citizens and women presented their problems before the Chief Minister. CM Yogi carefully heard the grievances of more than 100 people and directed officials to ensure effective, transparent and time-bound solutions.

The Janata Darshan initiative is conducted regularly during the Chief Minister’s stay in Lucknow to provide citizens with direct access to the administration.

Officials Directed to Ensure Quick and Transparent Action

CM Yogi Adityanath instructed officials to treat public grievances as a priority and ensure their speedy resolution.

He directed concerned departments to take immediate action on complaints and ensure that citizens do not face unnecessary delays in getting their issues addressed.

The Chief Minister emphasised accountability and said that negligence in resolving public issues would not be tolerated.

Strict Action Against Delay in Police and Revenue Matters

Several complaints related to police and revenue departments were brought before the Chief Minister during the programme.

CM Yogi sought details from officials regarding the status of these cases and asked how long citizens had been waiting for action.

Expressing displeasure over unnecessary delays, he said that such negligence would not be accepted and officers or employees failing to resolve cases within the prescribed time limit would face action.

CM Yogi Advises Families to Resolve Personal Disputes at Home

Some cases related to family disputes also came up during the Janata Darshan.

After understanding the issues, the Chief Minister counselled the complainants and advised them to resolve family matters through discussion with elders at home.

He said that involving outsiders in personal family disputes often creates further complications. He also highlighted that prolonged family conflicts can negatively impact children.

CM Yogi Interacts with Children, Encourages Education

During the programme, some parents arrived with their children. CM Yogi interacted with the children, asked about their names and classes, and encouraged them to focus on their studies.

The Chief Minister also affectionately interacted with the children and gave them chocolates. He advised them to study sincerely and work hard to achieve success in life.

CM Yogi Continues Direct Public Outreach Through Janata Darshan

The Janata Darshan programme reflects the Uttar Pradesh government’s approach of addressing citizens’ concerns through direct interaction.

By listening to grievances personally and directing officials for timely action, CM Yogi Adityanath continues to focus on improving public service delivery and strengthening accountability in administration.
