Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai Inaugurates Jheria Yadav Samaj Building, Announces ₹15 Lakh Support in Raipur 

Chief Minister announces ₹15 lakh support for community building, highlights farmer welfare, women empowerment, digital governance and completion of key Modi guarantees in the state.

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said that the state government is continuously working towards the development of every section of society, farmers’ prosperity, women’s empowerment, transparent governance and preservation of cultural heritage.

The Chief Minister made the statement while addressing the state-level Jheria Yadav Samaj Mahasammelan and social building inauguration ceremony held at Village Baroda in Raipur.

During the programme, CM Sai inaugurated the newly constructed social building of Jheria Yadav Samaj in Baroda and announced ₹15 lakh assistance for the construction of the community’s social building in Raipur.

Double Engine Government Completed Most Modi Guarantees: CM Sai

CM Vishnu Deo Sai said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the double-engine government has fulfilled most of the commitments made under the Modi Guarantee within two and a half years.

He said these initiatives have strengthened public confidence and the government is working with a focus on inclusive development and welfare of all sections.

Yadav Community Represents Cultural Values and Social Harmony

Highlighting the contribution of the Yadav community, CM Sai said the society is a carrier of India’s cultural traditions, life values and the rich heritage of cow service.

He said the community, inspired by the ideals of Lord Krishna, promotes the values of service, social harmony and righteousness.

The Chief Minister added that an organised and aware society is the foundation of a strong nation, and such social gatherings help promote unity and social reforms.

Chhattisgarh Leading in Implementation of Government Schemes

CM Sai highlighted several major decisions taken by the state government for public welfare.

He said that immediately after forming the government, the first Cabinet meeting approved 18 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

He also informed that 32,000 houses have been approved for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) to ensure development benefits reach the last person in society.

Farmers Getting ₹3,100 Per Quintal for Paddy Procurement

The Chief Minister said that the state government is purchasing paddy from farmers at ₹3,100 per quintal.

He stated that farmer welfare remains one of the government’s highest priorities and several measures are being implemented to make agriculture more profitable.

Mahtari Vandan Yojana Strengthening Women’s Empowerment

CM Sai said that through the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, ₹1,000 per month is being transferred to the bank accounts of mothers and women across Chhattisgarh.

He said the scheme has provided financial support to women and strengthened economic security for families.

Bastar Entering a New Phase of Peace and Development

Speaking about Bastar, CM Sai said that Naxalism was earlier one of the biggest challenges to development in the region.

He said the area is now witnessing a new environment of peace and development, with rapid expansion of infrastructure including roads, education, healthcare, housing and employment opportunities.

The Chief Minister added that development initiatives are reaching remote villages and bringing them into the mainstream.

Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana Promotes Cultural Heritage

CM Sai said that Chhattisgarh has a special connection with Lord Ram as it is considered his maternal home.

He informed that through the Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana, more than 50,000 devotees have received the opportunity to visit Ayodhya Dham and have darshan of Lord Ram.

He said the government is working on the principle of “Development along with Heritage.”

Digital Governance Making Public Services More Accessible

The Chief Minister said Chhattisgarh has become the first state in the country to establish a Department of Good Governance and Convergence.

He said government services are being digitised to make administration more transparent, accountable and time-bound.

Key initiatives include:

  • Chief Minister Helpline 1076, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for registering complaints.
  • Around 8,000 officers and employees connected through a four-level mechanism for faster grievance resolution.
  • Establishment of Atal Digital Service Centres in every panchayat to provide certificates and government services under one platform.

Meritorious Students and Youth Honoured at the Event

During the programme, meritorious students, talented youth and senior citizens who made significant contributions in various fields were honoured.The event also witnessed colourful cultural performances, including Raut Nacha and other Chhattisgarhi folk presentations, which added a traditional touch to the celebration.

Youth Should Contribute Through Education, Sports and Business: MLA Anuj Sharma

Addressing the gathering, MLA Anuj Sharma said that a social building is not just a structure but a symbol of community unity, organisation and a bright future.

He encouraged youth to actively participate in:

  • Education
  • Sports
  • Business
  • Politics

and contribute to the progress of society and Chhattisgarh.

He also assured support for the development of Dharsewa Assembly constituency and the genuine demands of the Yadav community.

Thousands Attend State-Level Community Conference

The programme was attended by Chandrapur MLA Ram Kumar Yadav, District Panchayat President Naveen Agrawal, office bearers of Jheria Yadav Samaj, community representatives, women and youth from across Chhattisgarh. The event concluded with the community honouring guests by presenting them with mementoes.
