Each course will train 80 participants, totaling 160 youth from Ranchi, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Dhanbad, and Latehar districts.

These four-month residential programs are designed to ensure focused, hands-on learning and industry-relevant skill development, increasing employability in the growing plastics and manufacturing sectors.
