CMPDIL and CIPET Sign MoA for Skill Development

The Memorandum of Agreement was signed by Sanjay Kadambar, General Manager (HR/CSR), CMPDIL, and Avneet Kumar Joshi, Director & Head, CIPET Ranchi, in the presence of officials from both organisations.

Two Industry-Oriented Courses Offered

The selected candidates will be equally divided into two specialized training programmes:

  • Machine Operator – Plastics Processing (MO-PP)

Each course will run for four months and include 600 hours of technical and practical training, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience alongside classroom learning.

The financial support will cover residential training and help ensure that economically disadvantaged youth receive quality skill development without financial barriers.

Programme Focuses on Employment and Industry-Ready Skills

The initiative goes beyond conventional classroom education by emphasizing practical training and industry-oriented competencies.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants are expected to be better prepared for jobs in the plastics processing and manufacturing industries, where skilled manpower continues to be in demand.
