Neyveli (Tamil Nadu): NLC India Limited, a Navratna public sector enterprise, has officially announced the retirement of two of its Executive Directors, Shri Hariramakrishnan N and Smt. Rani Alli G, effective 30 June 2025. The retirement took place upon both officers reaching the prescribed age limit, as per the company’s regulations.

Retirement Complies with SEBI Listing Rules

The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which governs material events for listed entities. The formal communication was signed by Prashant Vinay Kaushik, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of NLC India Limited.

According to the disclosure, neither of the retiring officials is related to any other directors on the Board, and no further disclosures are required under the specified regulation.

Both Shri Hariramakrishnan N and Smt. Their retirements mark the end of distinguished careers within one of India’s leading energy PSUs.
