Combining Strengths for Global Reach

As per the exchange filing, the collaboration brings together:

  • CONCOR’s expertise in inland logistics, terminal operations, and supply chain management, and
  • RHS Group’s global footprint in shipping, freight forwarding, maritime services, and port-based operations across the Gulf, Africa, and South Asia.

Leadership Insight

Speaking on the development, Sanjay Swarup, Chairman and Managing Director of CONCOR, said:

The MoU facilitates achieving our aim to provide seamless end-to-end logistics solutions for the customers beyond Indian territory.”

The partnership is set to enhance the international competitiveness of Indian exporters by improving connectivity and reducing transit time and costs in key trade lanes.

Strategic Significance

  • The deal strengthens India’s ambition to become a global trade logistics hub, particularly in line with the government’s emphasis on multimodal transport infrastructure under the PM Gati Shakti plan.
  • It also reflects CONCOR’s strategy to diversify beyond domestic rail logistics and play a more active role in global shipping ecosystems.

Looking Ahead

While the MoU is a non-binding framework agreement, it lays the foundation for joint business development, operational collaborations, and potential future investments in global shipping corridors and logistics hubs.
