Mumbai: State-owned power sector financier REC Limited has announced the appointment of Mohan Lal Kumawat as Executive Director (Finance-Bonds), designating the role as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).

The appointment, effective April 9, 2026, was disclosed through regulatory filings submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.

  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
  • Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
  • MBA in Finance

His extensive background in financial accounting and strategic planning makes him a strong addition to REC’s senior management.

As Executive Director (Finance-Bonds), Kumawat will play a crucial role in:
