New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurated a Citizen Lounge Cum New Age Learning Center (NALC) at the District Magistrate (DM) Office in New Delhi, marking a significant step toward enhancing citizen services and providing modern educational infrastructure for civil service aspirants.
The initiative has been developed by the CSR arm of the Allen Group, known as the Allen Foundation. The facility is designed as a dual-purpose space, combining improved public service amenities with a structured learning environment for students preparing for competitive exams.

The newly launched center at the DM office serves two key objectives:
- A comfortable and upgraded waiting and service area for citizens visiting the DM office
