Kurukshetra: Dr Raj Ratan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Kurukshetra University (KUK), has been selected by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the prestigious post of Deputy Director (Examination Reforms). Following his retirement from the Navy, he joined the Higher Education Department, Haryana, before becoming an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Kurukshetra University.
