New Delhi: In a major initiative to support UPSC aspirants from underprivileged and marginalized backgrounds, Jamia Millia Islamia University’s Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) has announced free coaching for the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2026, along with free hostel and library facilities. This opportunity is exclusively open to candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), minority communities, and women.

Every year, lakhs of candidates apply for the prestigious UPSC Civil Services Examination with the dream of becoming IAS or IPS officers. Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process

Admission to the free coaching program is through an entrance examination, followed by an interview round-

Entrance Exam (June 15, 2025 – 10 AM to 1 PM)

  • Paper 1: General Studies (Objective) – 100 questions, 1 mark each, 1/3rd negative marking
  • Paper 2: Essay Writing (60 marks)
  • Papers will be conducted in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Interview Round

  • Dates: July 21 to August 2, 2025
  • Final Result: August 8, 2025

  • Last Date for Submission of Hard Copy: May 30, 2025
  • Result of Entrance Exam: July 11, 2025
  • Admission Deadline: August 10, 2025
