New Delhi: GAIL (India) Limited, the country’s flagship natural gas company, has been conferred the “Proprietary Member of the Year” award at the annual Energy Talk 2026 event organised by the Indian Gas Exchange (IGX) on January 7, 2026, in New Delhi. The award recognises GAIL’s exemplary commitment and sustained contributions to the development of India’s gas trading ecosystem.
Award Presented by PNGRB Member
On behalf of GAIL, Mr. Sumit Kishore, Executive Director (Marketing – Gas), received the award from Mr. A.K. Tiwari, Member, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB). The ceremony was attended by senior officials, policymakers, and leading stakeholders from across the energy sector.
