Organised by key government bodies, this week-long programme focuses on training, learning, and adopting new technologies. It plays a major role in achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 by building a future-ready administrative system.

Sadhna Saptah 2026 is a week-long national capacity-building programme for civil servants across India.
- It is being held from 2nd to 8th April 2026
- Organised by the Department of Personnel and Training, Capacity Building Commission, and Karmayogi Bharat
- Aims to improve performance, efficiency, and skills of government officials
