Gorakhpur: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a Janata Darshan outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan at the Gorakhnath Temple, where he met nearly 150 citizens and listened to their grievances.
He personally reviewed applications submitted by the public and directed officials to ensure immediate and effective resolution of all issues without delay.
Strict Instructions to Officials for Quick Complaint Resolution
During the interaction, CM Yogi emphasized that resolving public grievances remains the top priority of the government.
He instructed officials that:
- Every complaint must be resolved quickly and transparently
- No negligence or delay will be tolerated
- Justice must be ensured for every complainant
- Special focus must be given to revenue and police-related matters
He further directed that all complaints should be handled in a sensitive and result-oriented manner.
Assurance of Free Medical Treatment for Needy Patients
A significant number of citizens approached the Chief Minister seeking financial assistance for serious medical treatments.
Yogi Adityanath assured them that no patient will be denied treatment due to lack of funds.
He instructed officials to:
- Prepare estimates for advanced medical treatment on priority
- Submit proposals without delay
- Ensure immediate government funding once estimates are received
The Chief Minister reaffirmed that healthcare support for the poor is a key responsibility of the administration.
Temple Visit, Gau Seva and Traditional Routine
Before the Janata Darshan, the Chief Minister followed his customary routine at the Gorakhnath Temple, including:
- Offering prayers to Guru Gorakhnath
- Paying respects at the memorial of his guru, Mahant Avaidyanath
- Visiting the temple cowshed and performing Gau Seva
- Feeding cows with jaggery amid summer conditions
- Issuing instructions for proper care of cattle during the heat
He also inspected the temple premises during his visit.
Interaction with Children and Public Outreach
During his temple visit, CM Yogi interacted warmly with children accompanying their families. He blessed them, spoke with them, and distributed chocolates, reflecting a personal and approachable style of public engagement.
Governance Focus on Accountability and Public Welfare
Yogi Adityanath reiterated that the government is committed to ensuring justice, responsiveness, and accountability in administration.
He stressed that no citizen should face injustice and that officials must work with compassion and efficiency to resolve public issues.
