New Delhi: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has informed the stock exchanges that Tarak Nath Nayak, General Manager (Engineering Services), has taken over charge as Unit Head of both the Taloja Copper Project and the Gujarat Copper Project, effective October 9, 2026.
The development marks a change in the leadership responsibilities for the two projects operated by the state-owned copper producer. The company confirmed the appointment through a regulatory disclosure made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The latest announcement follows the company’s earlier intimation dated September 26, 2026. Hindustan Copper has also submitted a copy of Nayak’s joining report as part of the disclosure.
