Mr. Veerendra Kumar Meena (1997 batch IAS officer), the incumbent Principal Secretary to Government in the Department of Social Justice, Empowerment & Minorities, was given additional charge as the Administrative Secretary of the Jails Department, replacing Mr. Kumar Rahul (2000 batch IAS).
