An issue has been order by the Jharkhand Government reinstating Additional General of Police IPS Anurag Gupta. He has been posted as ADG training. IPS Gupta was suspended in the year 2020 for being the accused in the alleged horse-trading of MLAs in Rajya Sabha elections in 2016. The central administrative tribunal revoked his suspension in April.
IPS Ajay Kumar Singh who is the chairman-cum-managing director of Jharkhand police Housing Corporation has been given additional charge of director general anti-corruption bureau.
T Kandasami who is the ADG Training has been transferred as ADG rail. Apart from this IG Pankaj Kambooj has been given additional charge of IG ACB.
