Bihar Gets 7 New IPS Officers

These include three officers of the 2020 batch, while four officers of the 2021 batch are included.

It’s worth noting that five of the seven officials have engineering degrees. Three of them have completed their engineering degrees at IIT. These officers will now receive practical training for the district’s allotted 29 weeks. All trainee cops will learn how the police work during their training. The police headquarters has issued instructions in this regard.

Trainee IPS officers from the 2020 and 2021 batches met with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar at ‘Sankalp’ on Ane Marg. On Tuesday, these seven trainee IPS officers had a courtesy meeting. Three officers are from the 2020 batch and four are from the 2021 batch. Shikhar Chowdhary, Aparajit Chowdhary, and Vaibhav Chowdhary from the 2020 batch attended the meeting with the Chief Minister.

Sonakshi Singh, Bhanu Pratap Singh, Parichay Kumar, and Deeksha from the 2021 batch were also included. After their training, they all shared their experiences with the Chief Minister about the job they did in the district.
