The Bihar government has retired an IPS officer of Bihar cadre for central deputation. DIG Satyaveer Singh has been made Deputy Inspector General of Police in CBI. He will be on central deputation for 5 years.
IPS officer Satyaveer Singh is currently posted as DIG in the Anti-Terrorism Squad. The Home Department has issued a notification in this regard.
