IB Joint Director Balbir Singh Returns to Parent Cadre

IPS officer Balbir Singh, Joint Director, Intelligence Bureau, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on March 29, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs to repatriate Mr. Singh to his parent cadre with immediate effect.
