IPS officer Sudipta Das has been appointed as Group Commander (SP level) in the National Security Guard (NSG) for a period of five years.
According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Monday (21.08.2023), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr. Das to the post on a deputation basis for a period of five years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
