Mr. Rajesh Arya, a 1994-batch IPS officer of the Rajasthan cadre, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO).
The NTRO, a premier technical intelligence agency, plays a critical role in intelligence gathering and cyber operations to bolster national security and defense. It functions under the Prime Minister’s Office, reflecting its strategic importance. Mr. Arya’s extensive experience and expertise are expected to further strengthen the organization’s contributions to national security.
