IPS officer Zulfiquar Hasan has been appointed as Director General (DG) in the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (31.05.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Hasan for a tenure up to his superannuation on 31.10.2024. Presently, Hasan is serving as Special Director General, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Delhi.
