2004 batch IPS officer Mr. Tarun Joshi, the Inspector General of Police (multi-zone) was appointed as the commissioner of Rachakonda police. 11 other IPS officers were also transferred, according to an order issued by the government. These officers and their new postings are-
- 2010 batch IPS officer Mr. D. Joel Davis was posted as Additional Police Commissioner, traffic, Cyberabad.
- Mr. D. Uday Kumar Reddy as DCP, southwest zone
- Mr. R. Giridhar will be the new DCP, east zone.
- Mrs. Sadhana Rashmi Perumal (2019 batch), additional DCP.
- Mr.Rajendranagar has been transferred and posted as DCP, task force, Hyderabad.
- Mr. M. Srinivasulu (2016 batch) was posted by the Ramagundam police commissioner.
- Mr L.S. Chowhan was retained in the same post as DIG,
- Jogulamba and Narayana Naik were posted as DIG, State Crime Records Bureau, Crime Investigation Department.
- Ms. K. Apoorva Rao (2013 batch) was transferred and posted as superintendent of police (SP), Vigilance, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC).
- Mr. D, Muralidhar (2006 batch) as deputy director of TS Police Academy (TSPA). TSPA deputy director.
