Bengaluru: The Karnataka Government on Saturday carried out a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring four IAS officers and implementing key administrative changes in the Finance Department and Kalaburagi district administration.
Fouzia Taranum Moved from Kalaburagi DC Post
Fouzia Taranum B (2015 batch), who was serving as Deputy Commissioner of Kalaburagi, has been transferred and appointed as Commissioner of the Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation Department in Bengaluru.

She replaces Randeep D, who was holding the post on concurrent charge.
New Deputy Commissioner for Kalaburagi
Mohammed Ikramulla Shariff (2016 batch), who was serving as Joint Secretary (Budget and Resources) in the Finance Department, Bengaluru, has been posted as the new Deputy Commissioner of Kalaburagi, replacing Fouzia Taranum.
Changes in Finance Department
In the Finance Department:
Dr Gopal Krishna B (2018 batch), Deputy Secretary to Government-3, has been transferred as Deputy Secretary (Budget and Resources), Finance Department, Bengaluru.
Meanwhile, Ruchi Bindal (2020 batch), who was serving as CEO of Zilla Panchayat, Haveri, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary to Government-3 in the Finance Department, replacing Dr Gopal Krishna B.
