Katni, MP: In a significant achievement for policing and public administration, Katni Police in Madhya Pradesh, has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification for 13 police stations, two SDOP offices and the Superintendent of Police (SP) Office, marking a major step towards quality-driven, citizen-centric policing.
The ISO certificates were formally presented in the esteemed presence of Additional Director General (ADG), Jabalpur Zone, Shri Pramod Verma, who congratulated the officers and staff for their commitment to excellence, transparency and continuous improvement in police services.
The certification reflects Katni Police’s sustained efforts to establish standardized procedures, improve public service delivery and create a more efficient, accountable and professional policing system.

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised quality management standard that certifies an organisation’s ability to consistently deliver services through well-defined processes, continuous monitoring and customer-focused improvements.
