Kumar Ram Krishna (IOFS:2011), currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Cooperation, has been elevated to the position of Director. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued an order on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, approving the re-designation of Krishna’s post to the Director level.
As per the order, the change will take effect from the date Krishna assumes charge of the re-designated role and will continue until January 17, 2027, completing a total tenure of five years under the central staffing scheme.
Krishna’s central deputation began on January 18, 2022, marking the start of his journey at the Ministry of Cooperation.
