Satna: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has expressed deep condolences following the martyrdom of Inspector Ashish Sharma during a joint anti-Naxal operation in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. The officer of the Hawk Force displayed exceptional bravery while combating Naxal insurgents and attained martyrdom in the line of duty.

Government Stands with the Martyr’s Family

Addressing the media in Nagod, Satna, Dr. Yadav emphasized that the state government’s sentiment has always been with its soldiers. “The government stands firmly with the bereaved family in this moment of grief,” he said. He further added that the martyr’s younger brother will be given a government job, and all necessary support will be provided to the family.

“The sacrifice of brave soldiers like Inspector Sharma is honored by the nation, and such incidents will never weaken our resolve,” the Chief Minister remarked.

Commitment to Strong Action Against Naxalism

Dr. Yadav highlighted that under the guidance of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the state government continues to take stringent action against violent criminals who harm the poor and vulnerable. “Our operations against Naxal insurgents in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and across India are ongoing, and we remain committed to upholding law and order,” he added.

The Chief Minister reiterated that the government will ensure all benefits, including honorarium and welfare support, are extended to Inspector Sharma’s family. “The younger brother of the martyr will be appointed in government service, and all facilities and support measures for the family will be provided,” Dr. Yadav said.

Honoring the Brave

Inspector Ashish Sharma’s valor in the line of duty has been widely recognized. Dr. Yadav said, “Those who attain martyrdom serve as eternal inspirations. Their sacrifice places them in the highest regard, and the government will ensure their families are duly honored and supported.”
