NBCC (India) Limited Wins ₹176 Crore Government and Institutional Projects Across India

NBCC secures major contracts in sports, education, banking, and infrastructure, strengthening its project pipeline and nationwide development footprint

New Delhi: State-owned infrastructure firm NBCC (India) Limited has secured multiple new work orders worth approximately ₹176.28 crore from various government and institutional clients across India. The projects span sports infrastructure, education campuses, banking facilities, and institutional developments.

Major Sports Infrastructure Upgrade at Kalinga Stadium

One of the key contracts includes the ₹29.48 crore Kalinga Stadium upgradation project awarded by the Sports & Youth Services Department, Government of Odisha.

The scope of work includes:

  • Relaying of synthetic athletic tracks (main and practice tracks)
  • Upgradation of five FIFA-standard football grounds
  • Five-year maintenance of drainage systems

Institutional and Office Development Projects

APEDA Office Interior Works

APEDA awarded a ₹2.34 crore contract for design, fabrication, and interior execution of office premises.

JNV Khagaria Campus Fit-outs

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti assigned a ₹2.43 crore project for furniture and internal fit-outs at its permanent campus in Bihar.

Canara Bank Projects Worth ₹61.81 Crore

Canara Bank has awarded NBCC two major infrastructure contracts totaling ₹61.81 crore:

  • Office building and residential quarters in Kochi: ₹54.35 crore
  • Residential apartments in Thrissur: ₹7.46 crore

Education Infrastructure Expansion in Odisha

A major ₹50.98 crore project has been awarded by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for the construction of Phase-B works across 11 permanent campuses in Odisha, strengthening school infrastructure in the state.

IIM Sambalpur Campus Development

Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur has awarded NBCC a ₹29.24 crore contract for additional Phase-II infrastructure works aimed at expanding academic facilities.

Strong Order Pipeline and Business Outlook

The company stated that all projects have been awarded in the normal course of business and do not involve any related-party transactions. The diversified nature of contracts strengthens NBCC’s presence across key infrastructure segments in India.
