NBCC Holds 66th AGM, Highlights 33.19% PAT Growth to ₹742.45 Crore and ₹13,195.89 Crore Revenue in FY26 

Company secures ₹18,780 crore business, maintains ₹1.27 lakh crore order book and declares highest-ever ₹270 crore dividend in FY26

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited reported strong financial and business performance during its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM), with consolidated revenue rising 7.52% to ₹13,195.89 crore and consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing 33.19% to ₹742.45 crore for FY 2025-26.

The AGM was held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means and was chaired by Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC. During the meeting, he highlighted the company’s financial performance, business growth and key achievements across redevelopment, real estate, institutional infrastructure and international markets.

NBCC Records Strong Financial Performance in FY 2025-26

During FY 2025-26, NBCC recorded growth across key financial indicators.

Key financial highlights:

  • Consolidated revenue: ₹13,195.89 crore, up 7.52%.
  • Consolidated PAT: ₹742.45 crore, up 33.19%.
  • Standalone total income: ₹10,055.45 crore.
  • Standalone PAT: ₹703.29 crore, reflecting 47.72% growth.
  • Business secured: ₹18,780 crore on a consolidated basis.
  • Consolidated order book: ₹1,27,820 crore as of March 31, 2026.

The strong order book provides NBCC with a substantial execution pipeline across its various infrastructure and redevelopment activities.

NBCC Declares Highest-Ever Dividend of ₹270 Crore

The company declared its highest-ever dividend totalling ₹270 crore, equivalent to 100% of the face value of the equity share.

The dividend included:

  • Final dividend: ₹0.46 per share, or 46%.
  • First interim dividend: ₹0.21 per share, or 21%.
  • Second interim dividend: ₹0.21 per share, or 21%.
  • Third interim dividend: ₹0.12 per share, or 12%.

The dividends were declared on fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each.

NBCC Advances Amrapali Redevelopment Projects

NBCC continued to strengthen its presence in the redevelopment and real estate sectors, particularly through the Amrapali projects.

The company is executing 38,000 residential units under the Amrapali projects, with a sanctioned value of ₹8,598 crore.

More than 32,550 homes have already been completed and are being handed over to beneficiaries.

Under Phase-II of the project, NBCC is developing additional housing and monetising unused Floor Area Ratio (FAR) to support the sustainability of the projects.

Company Oversees Completion of Stalled Supertech Projects

Following the endorsement of the Supreme Court, NBCC is also overseeing the completion of nearly 50,000 stalled residential units across 16 Supertech projects.

The projects have an estimated topline of ₹10,000 crore and are being pursued under a self-sustainable model without deployment of NBCC’s own funds.

The initiative forms part of NBCC’s broader role in addressing stalled real estate projects and supporting the completion of housing units.

Major Milestones in Urban Redevelopment

NBCC also highlighted progress across its seven GPRA Redevelopment Projects, Amrapali projects and other major redevelopment initiatives.

Key achievements include:

  • Inauguration of more than 1,600 government residential units and office infrastructure.
  • Foundation laying of more than 6,600 GPRA flats.
  • Foundation laying of eight towers of Bharat Business Park.
  • Continued development of modern and sustainable urban infrastructure.

These projects are also expected to generate employment opportunities while supporting urban infrastructure development.

NBCC Expands International Presence

NBCC continued to strengthen its presence in international markets during FY 2025-26, recording overseas revenue of ₹211.12 crore.

A key milestone was the establishment of NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC in Dubai, making NBCC the first Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) to enter Dubai’s real estate sector.

The company also expanded its engagement across:

  • Australia
  • Seychelles
  • Mauritius
  • Maldives

Its flagship social housing project in Hulhumalé, Maldives, reflects NBCC’s international infrastructure capabilities and its role in supporting India’s growing international partnerships.

NBCC Focuses on Redevelopment, Infrastructure and Overseas Expansion

Addressing shareholders, Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy said NBCC’s growth strategy remains focused on several key areas.

These include:

  • Redevelopment projects
  • Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
  • Real estate development
  • Asset monetisation
  • Sustainable infrastructure
  • Overseas expansion

With a strong order book and execution pipeline, the company is pursuing opportunities across strategic infrastructure and redevelopment projects.

NBCC Reaffirms Commitment to Sustainable Development

While concluding the AGM, Dr. Mahadevaswamy expressed appreciation to the Government of India, particularly the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Department of Public Enterprises, DIPAM, SEBI and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, along with Central and State Government agencies.

He also acknowledged the support of clients, customers, shramjeevis, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders.

Dr. Mahadevaswamy reaffirmed NBCC’s commitment to excellence, transparency, sustainable development and long-term value creation for its stakeholders, while contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
