New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded a Trophy/Shield for the publication of the 20th edition of its Hindi in-house magazine and its exemplary efforts towards promoting the Official Language.
The recognition highlights NBCC’s continued efforts to encourage the use of Hindi and strengthen the implementation of the Official Language within the organisation.
NBCC Receives Recognition for Hindi Magazine
The Trophy/Shield was presented on August 19, 2026, in recognition of NBCC’s contribution to promoting Hindi through its in-house magazine and other Rajbhasha initiatives.
Anshuli Arya, IAS, Secretary, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Vikas Kumar, Chairman, TOLIC Delhi (Undertaking-2) and Managing Director, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), presented the Trophy/Shield to T. D. Mairal, General Manager (HRM/IR/Rajbhasha), along with other NBCC officials.
Focus on Promotion of Official Language
The recognition reflects NBCC’s efforts to promote the use of Hindi and strengthen the implementation of the Official Language across the organisation.
The publication of the 20th edition of its Hindi in-house magazine is an important initiative towards encouraging Hindi communication and Rajbhasha activities among employees.
Four NBCC Officials Receive Individual Awards
In the individual employee category, four NBCC officials were also honoured for their outstanding performance in various Rajbhasha competitions.
The award recipients were:
- Jai Ram, AGM (Finance)
- Vandana Ojha, Manager (Official Language)
- Ramesh Kumar Vaish, Manager (HRM)
- Arvind Kumar Srivastava, Executive
The individual awards recognise the employees’ active participation and outstanding performance in Rajbhasha competitions.
