Ghaziabad: NBCC India Limited has performed the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for the development of Plot Nos. 7 and 8 in Sector-14, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, marking the commencement of a new infrastructure development project.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC, and Sanjay Kulshreshtha, Chairman & Managing Director of HUDCO.
The project has been valued at ₹34.64 crore and is designed with a focus on sustainable and energy-efficient infrastructure.
₹34.64 Crore Project to Focus on Sustainable Development
The Kaushambi project will be developed at Plot Nos. 7 and 8, Sector-14, with an emphasis on environmentally responsible construction.
A key objective of the project is to achieve a 3-Star GRIHA Rating, reflecting its focus on sustainable building practices and energy efficiency.
The development is expected to incorporate sustainability considerations into the planning and execution of the infrastructure.

NBCC and HUDCO Leadership Attend Bhoomi Pujan
The Bhoomi Pujan ceremony brought together the senior leadership of NBCC and HUDCO.
Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC, and Sanjay Kulshreshtha, CMD of HUDCO, were present at the ceremony marking the beginning of the project.
The collaboration highlights the role of public sector organisations in developing modern infrastructure while incorporating sustainability and energy-efficiency standards.
