Patna: NBCC (India) Limited has secured three work orders worth approximately ₹28.78 crore, excluding GST, in the ordinary course of business. The assignments cover the construction of the India International Cultural Centre (IICC) in Gurugram, special repair and maintenance at a Kendriya Vidyalaya in Ranchi, and installation of a firefighting system at a Kendriya Vidyalaya in Patna.
The company disclosed the orders to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
NBCC Gets ₹28.78 Crore Work Orders
The three contracts have been awarded by the International Divya Pariwar Society (IDPS), New Delhi, and Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), New Delhi.
The details of the orders are:
- IICC, Gurugram: Construction of the India International Cultural Centre, awarded by International Divya Pariwar Society (IDPS), New Delhi, for approximately ₹26.69 crore.
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dipatoli, Ranchi: Special repair and maintenance work, awarded by KVS, New Delhi, for approximately ₹1.92 crore.
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kankarbagh, Patna: Installation of a firefighting system, awarded by KVS, New Delhi, for approximately ₹0.17 crore.
All three contracts are domestic in nature and fall under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) category.

₹26.69 Crore IICC Project in Gurugram
The largest order among the three assignments is for the construction of the India International Cultural Centre in Gurugram.
The project has been awarded by International Divya Pariwar Society (IDPS), New Delhi, and carries an approximate value of ₹26.69 crore, excluding GST.
NBCC will undertake the assignment under the Project Management Consultancy framework.
KVS Awards Two Projects to NBCC
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), New Delhi, has awarded two projects to NBCC.
The first involves special repair and maintenance work at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dipatoli, Ranchi. The order is valued at approximately ₹1.92 crore, excluding GST.
The second assignment is for the installation of a firefighting system at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kankarbagh, Patna. The project is valued at approximately ₹0.17 crore, excluding GST.
Both assignments are domestic Project Management Consultancy contracts.
NBCC Discloses Orders Under SEBI Regulations
NBCC informed the stock exchanges about the work orders as part of its regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The company said the orders were received in the ordinary course of business. Details of the assignments have also been made available on the company’s website for stakeholders.
