New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has secured two major work orders totaling ₹345.04 crore, strengthening its order book and reinforcing its steady execution pipeline in the infrastructure and project management sector. The contracts, awarded by domestic contractors, fall under NBCC’s normal course of business operations.
IIT Mandi Project Management Consultancy
The largest portion of the new orders comes from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, valued at approximately ₹332.99 crore. NBCC has been appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the planning, design, and development of academic blocks, 2 BHK and 3 BHK residential housing, a student activity centre, and a sports complex on the IIT Mandi campus in Kamand.
Under this contract, NBCC will provide comprehensive project management support, including oversight of construction, residential, recreational, and associated infrastructure facilities that will also be accessible for general public use. The assignment covers all phases of the project, from conceptualisation to execution, showcasing NBCC’s expertise in large-scale infrastructure management.

Kandla SEZ Annual Maintenance Contract
In addition to the IIT Mandi project, NBCC has secured a maintenance contract from Kandla Special Economic Zone (SEZ) valued at ₹12.05 crore for the year 2026. The scope of work includes day-to-day operations and upkeep of approximately 2,500 sq. ft., encompassing housekeeping, horticulture, electrical and plumbing services, carpentry, civil works, and maintenance of critical infrastructure such as lifts, solar systems, diesel generators, CCTV, networking, air-conditioning, mosquito management systems, and fire-fighting equipment.
This contract ensures that the Kandla SEZ remains fully operational and well-maintained throughout the year, demonstrating NBCC’s capacity to deliver comprehensive facilities management services.
Part of Normal Business Operations
Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and do not involve any promoter or promoter group interest. The projects are in line with NBCC’s regular business operations and reflect the company’s continued focus on infrastructure development and project management excellence.
